When we learn to be non-harmful to ourselves then we can act this way in the world as well. It helps us to find inner peace, a stronger sense of balance, and in moments of stillness it gives us the answers in ourselves to life's questions.  

Yoga can be done anywhere and can be practiced in short increments. Cultivating time to fill ourselves up with love involves feeding our mind, bodies and souls with fuel. Yoga creates a safe space where one can discover self-truths, clarity and focus. The stillness of the mind found in the practice of yoga helps uncover motivation for why one makes positive or negative food and lifestyle decisions.

Training and Style:

I received my yoga certification from YogaWorks in NYC. This method is rooted in the work of Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. It is an alignment based Vinyasa style that emphasizes safety. The teaching philosophy draws from Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Desikachar. Weaving together the breath, with flow and therapeutic benefits. I am also certified kids yoga and restorative instructor.
